Caramel Film Club Terms & Conditions
Caramel Film Club is proud to bring you screenings and events that highlight and celebrate diversity in film.
Anyone over 18 can become a member free of charge and book tickets to our events. If you are an organization we can organize screenings and film based events on your behalf, just get in touch. We love what we do and experience the joy of film in communal spaces from traditional and boutique cinemas, to bars and private members clubs.
If you love what we do too, when you’re recommending a film to someone, tell them about Caramel Film Club and that if they sign-up they’ll get to hear about screenings for films they’d enjoy too.
Caramel Film Club are a small team who have been organizing screenings since 2010 and now, with over 4500 registered users, our aim is to affect change in the industry and inspire the next set of film makers and consumers. Film is a business at the end of the day and better box office takings mean more diverse films get made, and so more films for us all to enjoy.
Coming to one of our events is a great way of seeing a film, you get to bring guests, meet new people, share an experience and we often make time and space to talk about the film. Unless specified, we always have a dedicated host at our events to make sure you are comfortable. At Caramel Film Club everyone is a VIP. If you do come along to a film and find it’s not to your taste, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad film, so please take this into consideration when telling people about it and if you have any issues at the venue please deal directly with your host first and not the venue staff.
In all, it’s a terrific club that benefits everyone, but help us to help you by observing a few golden rules, which as a responsible member of the audience we’re sure you will. These are:

- If you do sell your tickets on please do so at no more than face value.
- Respond to feedback requests where possible. Your opinion really does matter to us.
- If you loved the film or event, tell everyone you know; if you didn’t let us know.
